Internship Opportunities
Make the world a better place while gaining international work experience! Our EBY internship will provide real-world experience from day one. EBY's internship program will allow you to explore a fantastic destination and immerse yourself fully in its culture EBY hosts an immersive project-based internship program in this always-changing, never-dull field.
Nonprofit interns get plenty of responsibility, and no day is the same. With enough experience, you can apply your newfound knowledge to various post-graduation causes. Through the EBY internship, interns will acess community living, and an intercultural curriculum, exploring complex social issues and connect them to your academic experiences.
The interns will lead the planning and implementation of service projects, discussions, reflection activities, and cultural & social excursions in the local Brazilian community.
EBY provides summer enrichment for children and teens, which fosters a love for education, and life skills, increasing their self-esteem and generating positive attitudes toward learning. Interns implementing the curriculum will serve as facilitators in the programmatic execution and will plan and lead enrichment activities.
EBY internship is unpaid, but the nonprofit may provide housing accommodation and meals. The EBY internship offers skill-building opportunities in areas such as research, community outreach, public health, communications, fundraising, and social media.
Eligibility Process
After verifying the student's eligibility, the Faculty or the recommender will forward the application to our organization. During the matching period, received applications will be reviewed, chosen applicants will be interviewed, and our board of directors will make arrangements with the students to conduct interviews. Once an intern has been selected, EBY will send an Intern Agreement Form to complete and sign.
You will have the opportunity to make meaningful local connections in your in-person internship while building a robust and global network through the elements of our program.
